What we keep

Your name, email address, optional phone number, ward or branch, whether you want stake newsletter emails, and the trips you book — including the names of the people you book for.

Why

To organise temple-trip transport: seats, waiting lists, payments, reminders and changes to trips.

Who can see it

Your ward or branch's temple-trip coordinators see bookings on their own trips. Stake administrators can see all trips. Other members only ever see seat counts, never names.

How long we keep it

Names and contact details on a trip are removed 13 months after the trip returns; only anonymous counts remain. The text of the emails we send is removed 30 days after sending, but a record of each email — who it went to, its subject and when — is kept for 13 months, as is the log of changes made by coordinators and administrators (a record of someone being made or removed as an admin is kept while their account exists). Backups are kept for 30 days.

Your choices

You can change your details or stop newsletter emails at any time on the My details page, and you can delete your account there too.

Before this app goes live, the stake will add the name of the person responsible for your data, the legal basis for using it, and who to contact with questions.
